The Flo is a Dutch traffic system, invented by Jan-Paul de Beer. The system is placed near a traffic light in Utrecht. By looking at the symbol at the Flo you can easily see whether you need to ride faster or slower. There a 4 different symbols; the bunny means you’ll have to ride faster, the thumb means you’ve already got the right speed, the turtle means slow down and the cow means you’re not going to make it in time for the green light.
